Virginia came a long way last season after years of struggles had out them into the bottom half of the ACC. Mike London has done a remarkable job in two seasons, and will really try to push forward this season. The focus has to be on the offense, which is still considerably behind a very solid defense, but in a wide open ACC race this season, the Cavaliers have just as much of a chance to do some damage as anyone.
