2018 College Football Hall of Fame Complete Ballot

Happy Saturday everyone, as we sail ever closer to the opening of the 2017 College Football season! On Thursday, the National Football Foundation, of which I am a member, released their ballot for the 2018 College Football Hall of Fame inductees. I am posting the ballot in full for you to see who has been placed on the ballot this season, and to explain how the process works a bit.
There are four categories this year. The first category is players from major schools. The second category is coaches from major schools. The third category is players from the divisional ranks (FCS, D2, D3). You will find some players from what are now FBS schools listed as divisional schools, and that is based on the fact of where that school was categorized when the player was at the school. UCF leads in players nominated in that category. The final category is divisional coaches.
I, as a voter, can make only so many selections on my ballot. Here is how that breaks down:

Major school players: 12
Major school coaches: 2
Divisional Players: 4
Divisional Coaches: 2
Total Votes: 20

My votes and all others are due by 6/20/17. It is my goal to have my ballot cast well before then, but I will be going through a process as to how I make my selections.
