The PAC-12 is more up for grabs than any other year since conference expansion this season. It is more than difficult to pin potential champions in either the north or the south, and you could see some real surprise teams coming through this fall. I would not doubt seeing not one, but even two teams playing in the conference title game that have never been there before. Washington State is a team in the North that could shock the nation and win the division outright, as Stanford and Oregon are taking a step back. Washington is a national favorite this season, but I don't see it one bit. In the South, UCLA and Arizona should be the favorites, as I see USC slowing somewhat this fall. Of course, you can't count out Utah either. It also would not surprise me to see Colorado push past Arizona State to get out of the division cellar. It will be one wild ride this fall.
