It seems that Rich Rodriguez still has some reach into Morgantown, and it's not good. WVU is being investigated for 4 major and 1 minor violation of NCAA rules involving practice time issues. However, these issues also involve ongoings since Bill Stewart took over as head coach. The question that I have is that if the Mountaineers and MIchigan spent so much time practicing on and off of the books, where is all of the hardware that they have to show for it? I guess Allen Iverson was correct...practice doesn't always make perfect.
