Illinois Fighting Illini 2012 Preview

The illini are starting a new era under former Toledo coach Tim Beckman, a guy who put Toledo back on the map after a few years of struggles. I believe that Beckman has the ability to put Illinois on a very good course, but it may take a season or two to get it all together. A bowl is not out of the realm of possibilities, but a run at a conference title is unlikely. Beckman will get it together, and will likely do it sooner than later.
