FCS PRS Rankings: Edition 5

Here is the top 25 Power Ratings System Rankings, 5th edition for 2013:

1. Towson (5-0, 1382)...Tigers have been ranked number one all season. Tough to do early on.
2. Fordham (5-0, 1240)...Rams are a huge surprise. Get major home test against #10 Lehigh.
3. Coastal Carolina (5-0, 1207)...Chanticleers get the week off after hot start. Early Big South fave.
4. Northern Iowa (4-0, 1033)...Panthers are primed for MVC run, but have to get past NDSU.
5. Eastern Illinois (4-1, 956)...Panthers get week off to prep for OVC run. Dark horse title contender.
6. Charleston Southern (5-0, 951)...There is no bigger surprise in FCS football for 2013.
7. Youngstown State (4-1, 947)...Penguins should cruise at Indiana State this week.
8. Sam Houston State (4-1, 938)...SHSU is ready for another deep run. Taking a week off.
9. North Dakota State (4-0, 865)...NDSU is still a favorite for the FCS title, but has UNI this week.
10. Lehigh (4-0, 860)...Road trip to Fordham may tell Patriot League title tale for 2013.
