Notes: The Razorbacks should have the ability to build on what they did last season in 2016. September is a tricky month to get started, as I see wins against Louisiana Tech, Texas State, and Texas A&M, but I project a loss at TCU.
They start October with a ridiculous match up against FCS and SWAC member Alcorn State. That's a huge win. They follow with what could be losses against Alabama and Ole Miss, and they could fall at Auburn as well.
As they head into the month of November at 4-4, the inexperience on offense could become a problem. I project losses to Florida and LSU at home, but they could get a pair of road wins against Mississippi State and Missouri.
Although they could build on their foundation, a step back could be in order. It's not a bad thing, but it may be necessary.
Overall Projected Record: 6-6
