The SEC tour continues now onto Knoxville:
9/3 Appalachian State
9/10 Virginia Tech (at Bristol, TN)
9/17 Ohio
9/24 Florida
10/1 at Georgia
10/8 at Texas A&M
10/15 Alabama
10/29 at South Carolina
11/5 Tennessee Tech
11/12 Kentucky
11/19 Missouri
11/26 at Vanderbilt
Notes: September represents a strong start for the Vols. I see a complete sweep for the month, with wins coming against Appalachian State, Virginia Tech, Ohio, and Florida. The Virginia Tech is some made for TV slop fest at a NASCAR track in Bristol, as if a game in Knoxville were not enough.
After a 4-0 start, the real challenges come in October. I project an upset loss at Georgia, another close loss as I give an edge to Texas A&M at College Station, followed by yet another stumper against Alabama in Knoxville. They close out the month with a win at South Carolina.
November should be a breeze, as I see the Vols recouping to win out the final month, starting with a joke of a game against a mid tier FCS program in Tennessee Tech. They follow with wins over Kentucky, Missouri, and Vanderbilt.
Overall Projected Record: 9-3
