We begin the 2016 SEC schedule breakdown tour in Gainesville:
9/3 U Mass
9/10 Kentucky
9/17 North Texas
9/24 at Tennessee
10/1 at Vanderbilt
10/8 LSU
10/15 Missouri
10/29 Georgia (at Jacksonville, FL)
11/5 at Arkansas
11/12 South Carolina
11/19 Presbyterian
11/26 at Florida State
Notes: Florida will get a decent start to the season with a relatively weak September slate. The Gators get wins over U Mass, Kentucky, and North Texas, but the wake up call comes in the final game of the month, as Florida likely loses at Tennessee.
October could be a relatively strong month as well for the building Gator program. The Gators should win on the road at Vanderbilt, but will likely fall against LSU at home. Wins against Georgia and Missouri should happen. Florida should be 6-2 heading into the final month.
Florida could open November with a trap game at Arkansas, where they could fall. Wins against South Carolina and Presbyterian should happen, but the Gators will likely fall at Florida State.
Overall Projected Record: 8-4
