The SEC schedule tour continues with Georgia:
9/3 North Carolina (at Atlanta)
9/10 Nicholls State
9/17 at Missouri
9/24 at Ole Miss
10/1 Tennessee
10/8 at South Carolina
10/15 Vanderbilt
10/29 Florida (at Jacksonville)
11/5 at Kentucky
11/12 Auburn
11/19 UL-Lafayette
11/26 Georgia Tech
Notes: Kirby Smart finally has his head coaching gig, but the talent cabinet was not left fully loaded for him. Due to that, September could be a bumpy ride for the Bulldogs. I project a loss to North Carolina, and one at Ole Miss to finish the month. Those losses bookend wins against Nicholls State and Missouri. September sees a 2-2 start.
October could be interesting, and may be where the Bulldogs start to gel as a football team. I see a home upset win over Tennessee, and also wins against South Carolina and Vanderbilt. I do see a loss, however, to end the month, to Florida at the Cocktail Bowl. The Bulldogs could be 5-3 heading into the home stretch.
Georgia could finish strong in November. I see a win to start over Kentucky, and I give them the home edge over Auburn. Georgia gets an easy win over UL-Lafayette, while they also get home edge over Georgia Tech to wrap it up.
Overall Projected Record: 9-3
