Bolivar, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University football team has released their 2014 Spring Practice Schedule as well as their 2014 Game Schedule. The Annual SBU Football Spring Game is set for Friday, May 2 at 6:00 p.m. from Plaster Stadium in Bolivar.
Spring practices will occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Fans are invited to come out and watch practice, but are encouraged to call the football offices beforehand to confirm that practice has not been canceled. All practices are TBA and subject to change due to weather.

April 4th – Practice #2
April 5th – Practice #3
April 8th – Practice #4
April 10th – Practice #5
April 12th – Practice #6 (Scrimmage)
April 15th – Practice #7

April 22nd – Practice #10
April 24th – Practice #11

May 2nd – Practice #15 / Spring Game
The Southwest Baptist University football team has also released their 2014 Game Schedule, featuring 8 GLVC Conference Games, and 3 non-conference dates.
The Bearcats will open up their season on Thursday, September 4 when they travel to William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo which is also their GLVC opener.
The first home game is set for Saturday, September 20 when they host Indianapolis, who finished #18 in the final AFCA 2013 Coaches Poll. Other notable dates include October 4 (Homecoming vs. Missouri Baptist) and November 15 (Senior Day vs. Southern Nazarene).
