Notes: Rutgers will be a dog at Washington, but should easily beat Howard at home. The New Mexico game is a coin flip for me, but I would give the edge to the Knights. Iowa will be a loss...In October, Rutgers will be huge dogs against Michigan and Ohio State, will be marginal dogs against Minnesota on the road, and could have a shot against Illinois, but I go edge to the Gophers...Rutgers has no real outright win shots in November, and could really crash heading into the end of the season.
