FBS Defensive End of the Year 2010

This was a very tight battle for this award, and in categories that I looked at, it came to a 3-1 decision, eliminating the tie breaker. We went a different direction than most everyone else at this spot, but it is incredibly well deserved.
I am very happy to announce the All-Bilo FBS Defensive End of the Year for 2010. And the winner is...
Ryan Kerrigan
RYAN KERRIGAN, PURDUE
Ryan was 5th on the team at Purdue with 70 tackles this season. He was a force in the backfield, as he collected 26 TFLs and 12.5 sacks. Kerrigan has been one of the few bright spots at Purdue during his career, which was wrapped up with the loss to Indiana this season. Kerrigan has been a productive and fantastic kog in the Boilermaker machine. Best of Luck to Ryan as he continues his career on the next level.
