Bilo's College Football Conference Title Chase Reports: SEC

SEC

East: Florida, Tennessee
Florida was not exactly impressive on senior day in beating South Carolina 20-7. The Gators are looking more and more vulnerable, and if they fall against LSU next week, the Gators could lose the SEC East to Tennessee.
Tennessee still has two more conference games left against Missouri and Vanderbilt, and should be favored to win both. If they do that, and LSU does them a huge favor next week, Tennessee is taking the East and moves on to face Alabama in the SEC title game with 3 conference losses. That's all you need to know as to how bad the East has become.

West: Alabama
Maurice Smith returned a pick 6 for Georgia, and the former Alabama player did his former team a huge favor by beating Auburn to give the Tide the SEC West title, no matter what happens against Auburn now. Alabama dominance continues unabated. Alabama did themselves a huge favor as well today, as they wrecked Mississippi State 51-3 at home.

Bowl Eligible: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Texas A&M, Arkansas
Bowl Ineligible: Missouri
