The winner of my All-Bilo Defensive Back of the Year for FBS football is...
Tyler Williams, Central Arkansas
Williams was a beast in the Bears secondary in 2016, leading the nation with 27 total passes defended. He broke up a whopping 23 passes, and picked off 4 more in 13 games, making one wonder why teams still threw the ball in his direction. Williams, a senior, should be playing on Sundays next year, if there is any justice in the world.
