Christian Kuntz, Duquesne
Kuntz is a two time winner for this award in back to back seasons for the Dukes. He was a major factor for Duquesne once again, recording 11.5 sacks on the season, 24 TFLs, and becomes a rare two time winner of an All-Bilo award.
