2016 All-Bilo Receiver of the Year: FCS

The offensive positional player of the year honors continue for FCS football with my receiver category. Here are the finalists for 2016:

Cooper Kupp, Eastern Washington
Brian Brown, Richmond
Karel Hamilton, Samford
Josh Wieneke, South Dakota State
Shaq Hill, Eastern Washington

It should come as no surprise as to who will receive this season's award. He was simply one of the best players in college football on any level during his career. The winner is...

Cooper Kupp, Eastern Washington
Kupp was purely explosive this season for EWU, finishing with his 3rd straight season with 100 or more receptions. This season, he finished with 117 receptions for 1700 yards and 17 TDs, and he finished with 14.5 yards per reception. He finishes his career with the Eagles having caught 428 passes for 6464 yards and 73 TDs receiving, with a 15.1 yard per catch career average.
Congratulations to one of the best players of all-time in Cooper Kupp, and to the Eastern Washington program!
