Continuing on with our awards season here at the Bilo College Football Report, here are the finalists for my All-Bilo TE of the Year for FCS football:

Without further delay...the winner is...
Dallas Goedert, South Dakota State
Goedert performed up to the standards of being a top flight receiver this year, finishing 7th nationally in overall receiving yards, as he caught 92 passes for 1293 yards and 11 TDs for the Jackrabbits in 13 games played. He will have a chance to repeat at this award, as he will return in 2017 as a senior for SDSU.
Congratulations to Dallas and to the South Dakota State Football program!
