College Football Week 7 PASS/FAIL Report: AAC

PASS: USF, UCF, Memphis, U Conn, Tulsa
USF: The Bulls cruise past Cincy, stay on collision course with UCF for East Division title.
UCF: Knights the scariest non power team in the nation right now, and nobody wants to play them.
Memphis: Tigers survive against Navy, manage to stay in West race.
U Conn: Any win is a huge win a this point, and beating Temple was a solid get.
Tulsa: Golden Hurricanes get blown out by Tulane last week, return the favor to Houston this week.

INCOMPLETE: None

FAIL: Cincinnati, East Carolina, Navy, Temple, Houston, Tulane
Cincinnati: The Bearcats have at least cleared the Florida schools, and it was ugly the last 2 weeks.
East Carolina: Another week, another terrible loss for embattled Scottie Montgomery.
Navy: Middies can't get their defense together, averaging well over 30 against last two weeks.
Temple: The Owls look like they are having a lost season in Geoff Collins' first year.
Houston: The Cougars were blown out by a team that was demolished a week ago by Tulane.
Tulane: After destroying Tulsa, the Green Wave falls to FIU, which makes no sense.
