East Contenders: UCF, USF
UCF: As dominant as UCF has been this season, there is still time left to muck it up. The Knights take on Temple this week on the road, and have the final showdown with USF the following week that should be for the division title. Look for the Knights to keep their heads on this week, and not look ahead.
USF: The Bulls had the weekend off this week, and now have to take out Tulsa at home this week before heading to Orlando in the season finale to take on UCF. There is only one option left. Win out.
West Contenders: Memphis, Houston
Memphis: If the Tigers win this week against SMU at home, they lock up a spot in the AAC title game. If they lose, they still own the tiebreaker with Houston. If they should fall this week, they would need a win over East Carolina the following week.
Houston: The Cougars need some help here in back to back losses by Memphis to both East Carolina and SMU. That is a tall order. The Cougars have had an up and down season, but they need to win out even to stay in this race. They get Tulane this week, and finish with Navy.
Bowl eligible: UCF, USF, Memphis, Houston, Navy, SMU
