AAC
East Contenders
UCF: The Knights continue to roll towards their showdown with USF after their win over SMU this week. Nothing looks to be in their way with games against Temple and U Conn over the next two weeks.
USF: The Bulls continue to roll as well as they knocked off U Conn this week. They have a bye week coming up before taking on Tulsa on 11/16, with the UCF showdown the following week. The Bulls cannot lose to Tulsa to stay in the race with the Knights, and would need a UCF loss to Temple or U Conn to stay alive if they did.
West Contenders
Memphis: The Tigers have won 5 straight games, and are sitting strong at 8-1 after a hammering of Tulsa on the road. Memphis has a bye week, followed by very winnable games against SMU and East Carolina. Winning one locks up the division, as would one more loss by Houston and SMU.
Houston: The Cougars need help right now. If Memphis wins their next game, the race is over. The Cougars have just Tulane and Navy left on the schedule.
SMU: The Same can be said for SMU in the conference race. They have to beat Memphis. If they don't, the race is over.
AAC Bowl Eligible Teams: UCF, USF, Memphis, Houston, SMU
