FBS MVP Candidates-LB 11/19

Luke Kuelchy, Boston College
Only a sophomore and he leads the nation in tackles. He is a vacuum when it comes to picking up tackles. You don't run to him, you run away.

Mason Foster, Washington
One of only two really good players on the Husky defense. Averages over 12.5 tackles per game.

Justin Houston, Georgia
A freak of nature who is always in the backfield. Tied for the national lead amongst all LBs in the nation with 18.5 TFLs. You may want to set out an extra blocker when running his way. Also has 11 sacks.

Nate Irving, NC State
Came back after missing a season due to a horrendous car wreck. Salvaged his career nicely this season. He is the guy that Houston is tied with at 18.5 TFLs.

Danny Trevathan, Kentucky
Trevathan is another guyy who just cleans up with tackles. You run near him, he's bringing you down. Rarely misses, and loves to hit.

HONORABLE MENTION

Jake Knott, Iowa State
Jamon Hughes, Memphis
Corey Paredes, Hawaii
Bobby Wagner, Utah State
Dwayne Woods, Bowling Green
