FBS MVP Candidates RB 11/18

LaMichael James, Oregon
James is starting to run away with a spot on the All Bilo 1st Team. Might as well give him the spot right now, as he is far and away the best back in the country right now.

Jordan Todman, UConn
He is the man in Storrs. When the game against Pitt was on the line, Coach Edsell gave Todman the ball on 4th and 2 from inside the Husky 20 late. He converted the down and the Huskies won the game. He rushed for 222 that night. Without him, the Huskies are sunk.

Kendell Hunter, Oklahoma State
Hunter is the quiet assassin in the OSU Trinity on offense. Weeden and Blackmon get all of nthe credit, but this guy keeps defenses honest for the magic to happen in the passing game.

Bilal Powell, Louisville
Charlie Strong has a building block in Powell. You cannot ignore his 1207 yards and 9 TDs.

Vai Taua, Nevada
A favorite of mine. He is a bull in a china shop. 14 TDs this seaosn, and he and Colin Kaepernick provide one of the best 1-2 punches in college football.

HONORABLE MENTION

Bobby Rainey, Western Kentucky
Daniel Thomas, Kansas State
Lance Dunbar, North Texas
Ronnie Hillman, San Diego State
Montel Harris, Boston College
