Bilo's College Football Pick's: Week 3 Against the Spread

Last week was not a good run against the spread here at the Bilo College Football Report. I had a terrible 3-6 week to drop my season total to 18-13-2. I am looking for a big rebound in a loaded weekend of college football action! Here are the picks of the week against the spread:

Baylor -30 Rice...Rice has been awful this season, and is just 1-6 in their last 7 games.
Eastern Michigan -2.5 Charlotte...Charlotte had a big win over Elon, but EMU gets win number 2.
Western Michigan -2 Illinois...Broncos have a shot to go 2-0 against Big 10 in 2016.
East Carolina +3.5 South Carolina...Pirates and Phillip Nelson should move the ball on the road.
Middle Tennessee -5 Bowling Green...Falcons beat N. Dakota by just 1 last week. All over MTSU.
FIU PK U Mass...Neither team is any good, but U Mass is just awful.
Virginia Tech -5.5 Boston College...Hokies were not up to beating Vols, but BC is beatable.
Western Kentucky -17.5 Miami (Ohio)...Hilltoppers should more than clear these points.
Oregon +3 Nebraska...Huskers are tough out in Lincoln, but Ducks have more weapons on offense.
Pitt +6 Oklahoma State...Panthers can control clock with run, OSU cannot.
NC State -21.5 Old Dominion...Pack bounces back with easy home win.
Southern Miss -10.5 Troy...Eagles have been strong play so far, Troy was over their heads last week.
Texas A&M +3.5 Auburn...Nothing makes me believe that Auburn is better here.
Navy -5 Tulane...Green Wave off to slow start in 2016, but not Navy.

14 games on the slate this week! Let's get to the field!
