Week 1 Pass/Fail Report

2016 Week 1 Pass/Fail Report

It wasn't a great week for favorites in the opening week of the 2016 College Football season. Several favorites went down, and if you followed my lead and linked up on the betting line with the dogs, you made some decent money this week. Houston was the biggest winner of the week, dominating 3rd ranked Oklahoma in the second half to get a huge win. LSU dropped a big egg in Green Bay against Wisconsin as a 5th ranked team, and lost Leonard Fournette to an ankle injury, which he has been dealing with all throughout fall camp. Notre Dame joined the implosion crew, falling at unranked Texas in Austin in OT. UCLA, ranked 16th, lost to unranked Texas A&M.
There were four FCS wins over FBS programs of note as well, as Northern Iowa, Richmond, Albany, and Eastern Washington all claimed FBS victims in this opening week.
Week one was a wacky ride for certain, and so without further ado, here is my look at who received a passing grade this week, and who failed...
