Quality Win/Loss Index: Week 7

After all games were played last week, we have updated the Bilo College Football Report Quality Win/Loss Index, which grades every FBS school against their schedule and wins and losses. This week, Iowa shot to the best QWI for the week, as they continue on their improbable 2015 run.
The purpose of the QWI is to grade every schedule played, so as to when the final four playoff teams are named, we can see how their schedules stack up scientifically compared to what pundits at networks or pollsters have to say about them.
