West
While Alabama is still in charge of the West, they still need to win out to win the division, or they need to split their final two games and get an Ole Miss loss. Remember that loss to the Rebels earlier this season? It's still haunting the Tide and nipping at their heels.
LSU is still in the race, but is reeling after two straight losses. If the Tigers can get Alabama to lose both games, they can still take the division by beating Ole Miss next week, and by closing out with a win against Texas A&M. Of course, they still need that help by having Alabama get beat twice.
Ole Miss has beaten Alabama, and has their shot at LSU next week, followed by a troubling game with Mississippi State. If Ole Miss can close out with these wins, and Alabama falls in either of their final two games, The Rebels can still claim the division.
By the way...the dark horse is still Arkansas of all teams. Arkansas has beaten both Ole Miss and LSU, so the Rebels also need for the Razorbacks to fall in one of their final two games (Mississippi State, Missouri, both at home). That being said, the Hogs would also need Alabama to lose out.

East
There is no remaining race in the East, as Florida claimed the title last week and awaits the winner of the West in the SEC title game.

Bowl Eligible: Alabama, Ole Miss, LSU, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee
Ineligible For Bowl: South Carolina
