West
There are two games left to play, and Iowa has already beaten Wisconsin this season. If Iowa wins this week, they claim the Big 10 West, and will play in the conference title game. If Iowa loses, and Wisconsin loses as well, Iowa still wins.
Wisconsin still needs to win out and have Iowa lose twice.

East
Ohio State still has games coming up against Michigan State and Michigan to close it out. Let the East playoffs begin. If the Buckeyes win out, they win the division. Right now, they Buckeyes cannot afford to lose a game. If they should lose to Michigan State, they would need to beat Michigan, and have Michigan State lose one more. If they lose both, it's all over.
Michigan State has already beaten Michigan, so they have the tie breaker there. Sparty has to beat Ohio State to get into the title game. It's as simple as that.
Michigan absolutely needs to win out here, and cannot afford to be tied with the Spartans. Michigan needs a win next week, followed by a win over Ohio State, and they need Michigan State to lose.
Whomever survives here will likely get Iowa in the conference title game at this point.

Bowl Eligible: Iowa, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Ohio State, Michigan State, Michigan, Penn State
Ineligible For Bowl: Maryland, Rutgers, Purdue
