Having a DVR could come in handy

These games may not be top
shelf but they may be highly watchable

Hawaii @ Army
Army's ususlly solid defense was unstable at Eastern Michigan last week. They have to show some reilience this week as Hawaii shredded the USC secondary.
Vegas Line: Army -3
I pick: Army
Hawaii is travelling a huge distance, and Army is tough at home.

Duke @ Wake Forest
Both got wins last weekend against 1-AA opponents. This week, one of these teams gets to prove that they can compete at a higher level, and the winner gets a leg up in the ACC standings.
Vegas Line: Wake Forest -6
I pick: Wake Forest
Wake was the more impressive winner last week.

South Florida @ Florida
Intriguing game between old blood and new. The Gators need to get their O on track after they bumbled all day last week.
Vegas Line: Florida -16
I pick: Florida straight up, but I'd avoid the points until the Gators show more value.

Kent State @ Boston College
This would not. Normally warrant a look, but the Eagles didn't crush Weber State last week, and Kent State showed huge offensive potential.
Vegas Line: BC -17
I pick: BC, but I wouldn't hesitate on taking Kent with the points.

Colorado @ California

The Buffaloes will be back to the wall all season, which makes them dangerous. Cal has not yet beebn tested.
Vegas Line: Cal -10
I pick: Cal, but 10 is the most that I would go.

Iowa State @ Iowa
This is a huge rivalry that usually plays tight. The Hawkeyes were mistake prone kast weekend and QB Ricky Stanzi got nicked up again. Iowa will have their hands full dealing with the ISU combo of Arnaud and Robinson.
Vegas Line: Iowa -13 1\2
I pick: Iowa to win, but I'm no fan of that spread, so State to cover.

Bowling Green @ Tulsa
The new look Falcons almost took out Troy last week, but they are not known for the D. Tulsa was shocked by East Carolina last week, and doesn't D up either. Look for lots of points.
Vegas Line: Tulsa -17
Tulsa to win, BG to cover, and go over.

Buffalo @ Baylor
Both are on the rise and had reasonably decent wins last week. I am looking for a solid game between two young but talented squads that could both do some damage in league play later this season in their respective conferences.
Vegas Line: Baylor -16.5
I pick: Baylor to win, Buffalo to cover
It will be all about ball control for Baylor to win.

Troy @ Oklahoma State
Troy gets up for these games, and OSU runs the danger of playing down to their opponent. We will see if OSU is as good as they looked last weekend, or if Washington State is truly that bad.
Vegas Line: Oklahoma State -13.5
I pick: OSU
OSU is too talented and deep to fail this week.

Syracuse @ Washington
The Orangemen had a solid week and gained enough points to be ranked for the first time ever in the PRS. UW was a big letdown at BYU last week. Uw needs a home win to stay on track for a bowl this year.
Vegas Line: UW -13
I pick: UW
The Huskies need a big win to shake off critics, and tgis will prove to be to much for Cuse on the road.

LSU @ Vanderbilt
The Tigers nearly collapsed after building a 31-10 lead last week. Vandy was impressive on D, which could give an average LSU offense fits.
Vegas Line: LSU -10
I pick: LSU
The Tigers still outman Vandy.

NC State @ Central Florida
This is usually where we start to see the Wolfpack start their annual nosedive under merc O'Brien. This is an opportunity for a huge win for UCF.
Vegas Line: UCF -3
I pick: UCF all day

Virginia @ USC
There is a new culture brewing at UVA. They won't win this game, but they won't be routed either. USC has to tackle better this week.
Vegas Line: USC -19.5
I pick: USC to win, UVA to cover

Stanford @ UCLA
UCLA runs a shot of having an 0-4 month if they fall, and the winner takes an early jump in the PAC-10.
Vegas Line: Stanford -6
I pick: Stanford
UCLA was pathetic last week. They have no heart and no direction. This could be the point where the Neuheisel era starts to unravel and people start to tune him out.
