DE Datone Jones will have his cast removed on his broken foot in 4 weeks. Jones broke his foot during fall practice. OL Jeff Baca injured leg as healed. Baca well spend the season on the scout team and return next season. OT Micah Kia was limited in Wednesday practice with an ankle injury. WR Taylor Embree returned to practice after missing most of Tuesday practice a
hip injury.

USC
S Drew McAllister will undergo his surgery next week. He will miss the rest of this season and will redshirt this season and have two years of eligibility remaining. Fr. HB D.J. Morgan practiced with scout team for the first time since injuring his knee in fall practice.

TEXAS
HB’s Tre’ Newton (hip), Cody Johnson (ankle), and Fossy Whittaker are dinged up for Saturday’s game vs. UCLA. So. WR D.J. Monroe is taking reps at Half Back this week.

CONNECTICUT
HB Jordan Todman will miss Saturday’s game vs. Buffalo with an arm injury.

VIRGINIA TECH
HB Ryan Williams will miss Saturday’s game vs. Boston College with right hamstring injury.

PITTSBURGH
DB Jeff Knox dismissed from team due to off-campus incident. The incident turned out to be the allegation that Konx assaulted his pregnant girlfriend.

ARIZONA
WR David Richards of Palmdale, CA as verbally committed for next fall.

CINCINNATI
S Patrick White (Michigan State) and DB Isaac Johnson (Boston College) have transferred to play for the Bearcats. Both will sit out this season and play next fall due the NCAA transfer rules.
