Big East Review Week 5

Final Scores
UConn 40, Vanderbilt 21
Tulane 17, Rutgers 14
Pittsburgh 44, FIU 17
Louisville 34, Arkansas State 24
South Florida 31, Florida Atlantic 3

Taught a Master's Class
UConn
Jordan Todman came back this week, and the Huskies blew the game open in the second half. The Huskies have yet to play a full 60 minute game other than against Texas Southern. If the Huskies start playing like this every week, they can still steal the Big East title.

Pittsburgh
No Dion Lewis? No problem. Ray Graham's 277 yards rushing and 3 scores more than did the trick against FIU.

Didn't Learn Much
Louisville
It was a win, and that's all you can ask at this point for the Cardinals. Confidence builds this way.

South Florida
The score is a complete fabrication. The offense did virtually nothing. The D carried the day, and USF is going to start hitting a hard wall any week now.

Failing Grade
Rutgers
The Knights are falling apart, and what happened to QB Tom Savage, who was on the cover of almost every east coast magazine cover?

Week 6 Schedules
UConn at Rutgers...Friday
Syracuse at South Florida
Memphis at Louisville
Pittsburgh at Notre Dame
UNLV at West Virginia
Miami (Ohio) at Cincinnati
