1. Josh MacGregor, Jacksonville
MacGregor ranks 4th in QB rating and leads the FCS in TD passes this season with 18 after 6 games. With teams stacking up to stop RB Rudell Small, MacGregor has taken advantage by shredding opposing secondaries.
2. Sean Brackett, Columbia
Like MacGregor, he won't have a chance to win an FCS title (what a joke) but not like MacGregor, it won't be because of big conference snobbery. The Lions have been on a very nice start by winning 3 of 4, and they have every shot to win the Ivy League right now. Brackett has been passing like a pro, and his rushing skills aren't bad either.
3. Scott Riddle, Elon
Riddle is just shy of 2,000 yards passing already this season with 17 TDs. Elon is only 2-4, and nobody else is producing like they should, but Riddle shouldn't be punished as he ias having as fine a season as any Phoenix QB ever has.
4. DeAndre Presley, Appalachian State
The Mountaineers have been winning again thanks to the on field dominance of Presley. He has not thrown a pick all season and has 9 TDs through the air, while also leading the Mountaineers in rushing with 450 yards and 7 more scores. ASU is humming and offensively, it's thanks to him.
5. Casey Therriault, Jackson State
The Tigers are having a very quiet super season, and Therriault has been on fire. He has passed for 1552 yards, while tossing 15 TDs against just 2 picks this season, and the Tigers are right in the middle of the hunt for a SWAC crown.
Honorable Mention
Mike Brown, Liberty
Jeff Sinclair, Robert Morris
Denarius McGhee, Montana State
Jeremy Moses, Stephen F. Austin
Matthew Johnson, Bethune-Cookman
