1. Justin Blackmon, Oklahoma State
Blackmon continues to be a huge target for Weeden. He leads the nation in yards per game and has scored 11 times this season. He is on track to bust 20 for the season.
2. Greg Salas, Hawaii
Salas leads the nation in total receiving yards, and has been a big producer for the Rainbows in a passing system. Salas has seen the endzone 7 times in 2010. Double digit scores are not out of reach at all.
3. Kealoha Pilares, Hawaii
It's rare to have two players on the same team that can dig for the same honors, but Pilares is just as good as Salas, and vice versa. Who do you cover when you have two guys who can bust open on any play? Pilares also is over 700 yards and has scored 9 times. No wonder Moniz is a QB MVP Candidate.
4. Alshon Jeffrey, South Carolina
Jeffrey has helped develop Stephen Garcia at QB, and has been a big time playmaker in big games. He is third nationally in yards per game, even though he has only scored 4 times. He does not have to see the endzone often, as that's what freshman Marcus Lattimore is for.
5. Kris Adams, UTEP
When Donald Buckram went down early in the season, the passing game had some stress placed on it. That stress has turned Kris Adams into the most productive WR in CUSA play, and the Miners have found their way into the PRS top 25 against all odds.
