2. Jarvis Phillips, Texas Tech...Tied for the national lead with 4 picks.
3. Cliff Harris, Oregon...Also a kick returner, he has 4 picks, one for a TD.
4. Will Chandler, UNLV...With 4 picks, one of the Rebels speedy DBs. This defense is better than people give them credit for.
