Here is our Pass/Fail assessment of FCS action on games that have gone final today...
Jacksonville 35, San Diego 28
Pass: QB Josh McGregor is tearing it up with another 4 TD tosses today. He has 17 for the season, and each of the 4 scores went to different player. Josh Philpart becomes the school's leading receiver.
Fail: JU defense almost allows a comeback, and after the Dolphins raced out to a 28-7 lead, USD gets to within 7 with 1:26 left in the game. Gotta put them away!!!
Harvard 35, Lafayette 10
Pass: The Crimson wins without QB Andrew Hatch, and RB Gino Gordon gained 170 yards with 2 scores on just 12 carries.
Fail: Lafayette's seaosn is basically over. No sign of life for the Leopards.
Campbell 27, Butler 10
Pass: The Fighting Camels get their run game going with Rashaun Brown (91 yards), Carl Smith (78 yards), and QB Daniel Polk (61 yards)
Fail: Butler has not beaten an FCS opponent in 2010.
Albany 23, #17 Yale 20
Pass: Albany was desperate for a big win, and finally pulled one out. A blocked punt returned for a TD early was the difference in the upset.
Fail: Yale's rushing game never developed, and the Bulldogs choked one away at home.
#5 Delaware 13, #3 James Madison 10
Pass: The Hens get their second major won in a row on the road. Mike Perry's FG got the win with 0:03 left. Trevor Sasek brought the Hens down the field in relief of Pat Devlin who went out with a concussion.

Columbia 42, Princeton 14
Pass: Columbia's Sean Brackett breaks a school record with 5 TD passes. The Lions roll.
Fail: The Tigers waste a huge effort by Trey Peacock as he grabs 11 catches for 125 yards. Tigers get rolled.
Dayton 48, Valporaiso 14
Pass: The Flyers balanced offense makes an easy day of it, and the D cleans up as well.
Fail: Valpo just should not be playing D1 college football. It's painful.
Holy Cross 36, Fordham 31
Pass: Ryan Taggert passes for 289 and rushes for 75, as the Crusaders pile up 500 yards of offense.
Fail: Fordham's wheels are falling off the wagon. The Rams gave it their all to stay in the game, but they have now fallen to 2-3 on the season, with the loss comes on the heels of falling to Assumtion last week.
Wagner 29, Bryant 21
Pass: Wagner D takes over after the Seahawks get out to a 22-13 lead. The D shut out the Bulldogs in the 4th to preserve the win.
Fail: Jordan Brown had a big day on the ground, but not enough to get the NEC win for the Bulldogs.

Monmouth 44, Duquesne 17
Pass: Monmouth was ranked 116th in the nation, and still got out on the Dukes 31-7 at the half.

Georgia State 37, Morehead State 10
Pass: Bill Curry's first year Panthers are off to a 3-2 start, and they put a serious dent into Morehead's overall season.

Pass: Brandon Pelchoff bounced back for the Catamounts this week with 2 TD passes.

Pass: The Colonials were challenged, but scored 21 points in the 4th to pull away.
Fail: Jeff Sinclair made our MVP Candidate list at QB, but had a very average day passing, only completing 8 of 17 passes.

Fail: Furman rush D, obviously.
Elon 24, Samford 19
Pass: Elon jumped out to a 17-3 lead, and then held on for dear life at the end, as Samford got to within 5 with 4:26 left.
Fail: Chris Evans (115 yards rushing) is the only real source of offense for Samford.
VMI 24, Presbyterian 13
Pass: Cameron Jones found Mario Scott twice through the air. The Keydets defense made that work along with Jones' 1 yard scoring run.
Fail: PC may not win a game all season, and VMI may or may not win another.
Missouri State 35, #10 Youngstown State 25
Pass: The Bears got their first two defensive scores this season, once with a fumble return, and once with a pick 6.
Fail: YSU led 17-0 in the first quarter. Shameful.

#8 Western Illinois 28, #11 North Dakota State 16
Pass: Caulton Ray and Bryce Flowers powered the running game, and carried the Leathernecks to a huge PRS win on the road.
Fail: Brock Jensen had a big game for the Bison, but just could not find the big play when they needed it, and WIU got out to a 21-3 lead. That's a terrible spot to play from.
Southern Illinois 38, #25 Illinois State 17
Pass: SIU got a huge win to get them back into the middle of the MVC race.
Fail: This was a huge chance for the Redbirds to move way up in the PRS, and was also a major chance to finish the Salukis. Failed on both counts.

Prairie View 34, Mississippi Valley State 13
Pass: The Panthers would have become the laughing stock of the SWAC had they fallen to the Delta Devils.
Fail: The Devils and Panthers have exchanged identities from the 80's when PVAM could not buy a win for years, and MVSU was piling up points and wins like a leprechaun collects gold.
McNeese State 24, Northwestern State 7
Pass: Jacob Bower completed 19 of 25 passes in the win.
Fail: NWS has lost 14 of 15 dating back to last season.

Northern Iowa 24, South Dakota State 14
